This event is intended to create a space within nature that allows you to slow down and be with your nature. Your flow and creativity is found in the quiet of yourself. This time is designed to support you in finding this through expanded consciousness tools, mindfulness methodology and neuroscience and psycho-technology.
This is an educational & experiential retreat to support you in developing your own methods and practice to tap into Creativity & Flow which ultimately leads to each action in life being more Aligned and more Fulfilling, and ironically, more Productive, Effective and Efficient. By slowing down you speed up because you have clarity resulting in clear action that reflects who you are. BTW, you also get to bring more Fun, Joy and Happiness into your life too!

Experience Overview
This is a five day gathering including one journey in nature and will include:
Prior to the experience: 1 Individual & 1 Group Call for questions and to set intentions
Monday: Evening arrival, Introductions & Dinner, Intention Setting
Tuesday: Tour of Veracruz Port, Opening Ceremony @ Beach, Temazcal, Travel to Xico
Wednesday: Foraging, Nature Walk / Hike, Visit w/ Local Artisans
Thursday: Morning Foraging, Afternoon Journey
Friday: Integration Session, Lunch & Afternoon Departure
After the experience: 1 Individual & 1 Group Call to share reflections and integration

Anaïs Radonich Galvin
Anais has been helping people overcome their fears, and achieve their goals, for decades. First as a scuba instructor and then a flight instructor and private jet pilot, she has the ability to guide people through experiences that both challenge their mind and also their vulnerability and sense of safety. It is her skillful guidance that supports the ‘traveler’ in accomplishing what they did not think possible: finding new confidence and freedom in their life.
Her role as a medicine woman is very similar, however the medium is our internal landscape. Our unhappiness and anxiety comes from the many blocks and limitations that being human creates, patterns from our past, behaviors to protect ourselves, ruminating thoughts. As a result, we are living on the ground, so to speak, when our desire is to soar in the air. The process is very similar and it is through her slow and meticulous support that you can arrive in a new place in your life. One that has freedom, joy and passion.
Kairos
Actor, filmmaker, travel producer and medicine people, Carlos is a spiritual worker who has passionately studied universal knowledge since a young kid. He loves to make things happen… which has made him a great film, theatre and opera producer, as well as an amazing asset for hosting international productions. He worked for some years for Intrepid Travel, where he became one of the best tour leaders of Mexico & Central America, receiving the hashtag #KeepCarlos (No other tour-leader have had a hashtag before, lol). He has travelled throughout many places of Mexico, Central America and some other countries working… which has given him an extent knowledge of the land.
Son of a gifted healer and descendant of different lineages of ancestral spiritual wisdom from Mexico as well as other parts of the world. His experience has being gathered for many years of learning, training and working first with himself in order to be able to share his learnings with others. He has been influenced by Shamanism, Universal Energy, Buddhism, esoteric Christianity, Somatic Psychology & Psychoanalysis (just to tell a few) and shadow work. He has years of experience in the transformational and healing arts. His main role has been as a quantum therapeutic companion for others, bringing then the conditions to heal themselves and using different instruments that go from sacred medicines and psychedelics, physical practices, conversational therapies as well as interventions. He is multicultural, fun, and integrates very well the ancient and modern conceptions and wisdom.
